Manildra Flour Mill is a key part of Australia’s largest wheat-processing company. We’re looking for reliable and hardworking operators for various roles to join the operations team and help maintain the high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Packer’s
Mixing Operators
Forklift Drivers (Licence Required)
About the Role’s:
Perform general cleaning duties across the mill to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
Operate packing equipment to bag, seal, and label flour products
Monitor product quality and ensure packaging meets company standards
Stack, palletise, and prepare finished goods for dispatch
Follow all WHS and food safety requirements
Work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced production environment
Managing and handling product and bulk bags of raw materials and ingredients for both mill and mixing plant requirements.
About You:
We’re seeking someone who:
Has a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Can work safely and follow instructions
Has good attention to detail
Is reliable, punctual, and a team player
Previous experience in cleaning, packing, or manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential training provided
Be able to pass pre-employment medical and police check
Cleaner role working hours are Monday to Friday 6am to 2:30pm
Packer & Mixing operator role working hours are either a 5D roster 8hr shifts Monday to Friday with days and afternoons, or a 5D 12hr roster Monday to Friday with days and nights.
Mixing Operator role forklift licence is essential as well as previous experience in a manufacturing environment
